We maintain a significant skillbase with our team of 35 full-time employees, many of whose skills have developed through formal trade apprenticeships undertaken by us in conjunction with our local training partners and the Construction Industry Training Board. Our team of maintenance staff can react to customer demands at short notice.
We recognise that certain tasks will require specialist suppliers and subcontractors and we have developed trading relationships with a select number of specialists that can achieve results to our exacting standards. Working with these partners, we can be confident that projects will be completed on time, providing peace of mind for our customers.
A member of our staff has been awarded the coveted Fellowship award by the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings, founded by William Morris in 1877 http://www.spab.org.uk/education-training/fellowship.

Health and Safety is a pivotal aspect of any building or construction site and we ensure that all employees conform to our rigorous policies. In addition, Fullers employs external health and safety consultants to ensure all elements are in accordance with current legislation.
